Walks

Clyde offers a variety of walking trails that allow visitors to immerse themselves in the town’s scenic surroundings and historic landmarks. The Walk Around Historic Clyde is a self-guided tour that takes you past some of the town’s well-preserved buildings from the gold rush era, including the Post Office and the former Clyde Courthouse.

For those looking to stretch their legs, the Clyde River Walk follows the Clutha River, providing peaceful views of the water and native flora. Another popular route is the climb up to the Clyde Lookout, where panoramic views of the township and the surrounding landscape await. These walks give visitors a chance to explore Clyde's heritage and natural beauty at their own pace.
